6orcists :P Anyway, 'keeper's privilege', hehe... Who still write postcards nowadays? The last time I posted one was probably about 6 months ago, which makes about 3 pieces (
I think) this year, ... to the same person ;)
I was aghast when the staff at the post office informed me that the stamp for a postcard is either 60 sen or 80 sen depending on the size. As faaar as I remember, it used to be only 20 sen for each & 30 sen was for normal-size letters. Now they say it's 60 sen for the white envelope & 80 sen for envelope of other colours e.g. brown/ yellow. Hmm.... I know that we have remained with the same price for longer than most countries but, doesn't need to be drastic, right? :P
